What is a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet lets you pack multiple designs — or multiples of the same design — onto one large transfer sheet, maximizing your value and minimizing waste. It’s the smart choice for bulk orders or when you need a variety of sizes in one print run.

How It Works

1. Choose your gang sheet size.
2. Upload your artwork files using our Uploadly file upload tool — include all designs you’d like placed on the sheet.
3. Our team arranges your designs to make the most of every inch, then ships your finished sheet ready to press.

Pressing Instructions

Press at 280°F for 15-20 seconds. Remove film, then press again for 5-8 seconds to seal.

File Requirements

Upload high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds (300 DPI recommended). Include notes if you have specific placement preferences.
